Trei walked in with the oddest air she'd ever felt, and that was saying somthing. It was like a mix of love and well Kari was lost for words again to describe feelings. Mental note, learn some new feeling words 'cause this is just getting annoying. Then Trei, amazingly, called Sunste a jerk. "A-men to that," Kari was cut off looked to her brother with a weird sly look, probably thinking of revenge on Sunste. She rolled her eyes but couldnt blame her twin one bit, she'd probably not been able to with stand holding herself back with that guy within her grasp of throttling and choaking. "The name's Katya, gosh get your facts straight." Kari joked. She felt more relaxed, and realized that was probably one of the nicest things she'd ever said to him...wow. Kari shook off the thought, no need for that to fog up her mind. Then she looked at her brother looking at her with warm eyes, and narrowed hers. "It's not like being nice is an accomplishment." she hissed lowly, counting on Trei not hearing it. That definately darkened her mood. "So got any info on Sunste?" Zayde asked, leaning into the back of his chair. Kari wished she could dissapear and slink out of the room. She didnt want to hear anything about that guy, that...insert your choice of word here Karillian thought, making the corners of her mouth turn up. Then she realized Trei hadnt really looked at them, just more the room in general. He hadnt noticed her mini make-over. Kari felt the need to leave...just so he wouldnt see it. You're being ridiculous you idiot! she chastised herself. Didnt do so much as dent was she was feeling. She heard Zay's voice then and took her chance, she ran into the closest door, which ended up being the bedroom. She shut the door hysterically, and pressed against it, her feet digging into the soft floor that had changed from tile to carpet. She must have stayed like that for a minute before she realized the door had a lock. "Wow, Kari," she turned around and locked the door. Then, naturally, she sunk into the floor, sitting with her hands wrapped around her knees. That. had. never. happened. before. So why in the presence of the guy who continued to make her life pretty bad. The only thing he'd really done for her would have been helped Zayde. Yeah, that had helped. But they could have been near half way to Xirra, well actually a fourth but that was better than nothing. Kari dropped her head into her knees and sighed. This was officially the worst week of her life. Then an different, almost scary thought popped into her head. She totally believed it. This so wont be your last Kari sucked in a breath, and started silently choking before she regained herself. "Kari, you need a serious pep talk," Zayde had felt, well, relieved it had been Trei to walk in. If it had been Lili it would have been awkward and driven him near insane. He hated awkward moments especially when he couldnt do anything to change it and when it was the other person making it awkward. Whatever, though Trei's final realization of Sunste being a jerk was a pleasent thing. "A-men" he stressed the individual syllables and leaned back into the cushy chair. Way better than a Cavalli Voltani saddle or the plain ground for that matter. Then, for the first time in what felt like years, Kari said somthing nice to Trei. At first he was silently shocked, then he looked to his sister with warm/proud eyes he hoped were somewhat of an encouragement. Saying anything would piss her off. Turns out just the eyes pissed her off, great. Zay turned back to the Crown prince, "So, got any info on Sunste?" he asked, striking up a new conversation. He could hear Kari shift from feeling awkward from two reasons, she didnt want to hear Sunste at all, and she didnt like just talking. She was never a social butterfly, but just talking bored her to death. Over dinner, she's talking all the time, in the archery range, no problem getting what you want. Boring meeting, well, everyone gets bored in a boring meeting. That's why they call it a boring meeting. Zay thought with a smile, and accidentaly cut Trei off...but then again he might have just shifted his teeth as he recalled the dinner. "In other words anything on where he's going next or planning of searching first? Cause I know a few places where Kari and I could hide if Xirra--" Kari rushed out of the room suddenly, slamming the door and within the minute of figuring out there was a lock, they heard a double click and that was it. He felt questioning eyes upon him, and quickly connected the dots. "Umm...Kari doesnt want you to see the mini but new addition to her whole disguise thing. I kind of gave her the feeling it appaled me...and well it did compared to Caryi terms. To everyone else's..I dont know." Zayde offered the bad excuse, and tacked on though "We totally have twin telephathy going, you know?" he couldnt resist, he hadnt had the chance to do that in a while and it was so fun to say it...but that sounded so mature. He looked at his paper, Trei wouldnt know how to read this, but it'd be better if he saw it and knew it was Zay's. He strided across the room swiftly and returned to his seat, the paper slightly crumpled on the edges from his hands. He let it drift onto the small table in front of them both, and waited to see what Trei'd make of it.
