Sharely woke up at the crack of dawn, amazingly enough Raven was still in his arms. He looked at his snoring bunch, all out since he'd given Chachi the rest of the night off. He had about an hour, two at tops since he figured it was just before six, and he needed to be back by eight thirty. He heard Fritz wake up slightly, and laid his head back down, his blonde streaked, light brown hair falling over his eyes. Raven then breathed in deeply, waking up herself, and streched her legs. Sharely squeezed her lightly, and kissed her cheek before she could completely wake up and complain about it. Raven groaned but kept her eyes shut and rolled into him. She would be hating herself the minute she realized what she was doing, but for now Sharely was going to enjoy it. He heard Murphy groan and almost roll onto Kat, who would have had them all up within seconds had she woken up. Sharely filled his lungs full of fresh morning air, happy. The palace's air would have been tainted by somthing, though in the afternoon in the garden it smelled heavenly. Fritz then fully woke up, yawning and blinking. He waved a lazy hand and collapsed back into a light snooze before he had to wake up. Sharely rolled his eyes and completely pulled Raven off her "bed" and onto his. He wrapped his arms tighter and silently kissed Raven awake. She didnt even realize what was happening, but put her arms around his neck just by habit. After about five seconds Raven opened her eyes lazily to Sharely's face way closer that she'd expected, and tried to pull back. Sharely was ready though, and braced his arm and grabbed her neck quickly, holding her where she was when Raven jerked back hard. She succeded in hitting her neck against Sharely's rock hard fist. After about half a minute of struggling, he let Raven have a little less room and was breathing quietly, but raggedly. "Morning," he said with a taunting smile. "You already ruined my day, jerk," Raven said back, thoroughly annoyed. "I think I just made it, unmannered lady," Sharley watched as he agitated Raven more, and she wasnt in one of her "happy-o-lucky" moods. Then again, she never was ever in a happy-go-lucky mood..."Sharely," Raven hissed so low he thought he'd made it up, but he'd seen the lips move and the deadlyness of her word. "That's my name, dont wear it out," Sharely instantly regretted that for the whole bunch's sake. If Cress had heard that...the world would end within the hour. "Shut the hell up ass hole, and let me go" Raven didnt bother shouting, in the morning a deadly tone worked quite well. "Currently I'm looking at somthing worse than an ass hole," Sharely let the unsaid word pass inbetween them. Raven looked at him appaled, and ripped herself from him. Sharley caught her again, pulling her off her feet and making her land loudly, waking up a few more of the bunch. She glared at Sharely who only smirked at her. Raven then shoved her elbow into Sharely's gut, making him bend over and have a sudden intake of breath, "Nice one, going to...have to rememeber that next time," he grunted, ignoring how winded he now felt. Raven smiled, "serves you right, oaf. Teaches you to mess with me," she tried to stand but Sharely instantly shed half of his pain and rolled onto her, making her roll into Izzy, who hit Sharely, making him roll onto Cress slightly, waking up the kid instantly, and it only took a second before Cress jumped on top of the two. "Dog pile!" he yelled, waking up the rest of the shack's inhabitants. It only took a second before half the group had jumped in just for fun, and the others (mostly Kat) were yelling for people to shut up. Sharely finally let Raven go only to be landed on by Amber, who was shoved onto him by Fritz who watched, silently laughing. "You look...like an idiot...smiling like that," Raven said inbetween breaths as she struggled to the top of the dog pile, completely alert now. "Atleast I'm not the dummy in this situation," Sharely saw an easy was for Raven to dispatch herself of the mess. "Oh yeah, ofcourse," They both winced as they heard a yell as Murphy pulled Kat into the bunch, and only Fritz was out of the brawl. He whistled, "wonder what the neighbors think of us," he grinned at them, "We dont have any stinkin neighbors, dumbo. Get your facts straight!" Izzy called, "Yeah, senior moment!" Dove taunted, everyone laughed. "Home sweet home, huh?" Sharely called, "Ya!" his group responded, cracking up in piles all over the floor. And to think it's not even breakfast Sharely ran back to the palace, stopping only once to change into more prince like clothing. The morning was fun, free, and full of sweet orange juice all over the mouths of everyone, added a little fat grease from the goose trims they'd feasted on that morning. Sharely jogged back care-free and happy, feeling like he could float like a butterfly, sting like a bee. That's what Cress said, anyways. He came up to view of the castle and prepared himself to sprint across the garden and grass and scale the side of the castle wall without too much notice. Most of the people who's shift was in view of his dash he'd taken care of in one way or another. Sharely slid swiftly through the hole in the wall and came out barely dusty, except for a little around his elbows and knees. The prince righted himself, brushed off a bit of the fine-grain dirt, and took a quick look around. Not as many people as if a shift was going to change, so he was just on time, since the change would happen any moment. With the people off looking for their substitutes, there'd be less looking for him. Sharely braced his weight on his back foot, counted to three, and shot off across the lawn, before skidding to a stop before the wall that divided him, and his bedroom. The prince looked up, and grabbed a pipe that would serve as his rope. The castle wall was smooth except for a few chinks he'd made himself. Sharely pulled his foot into one notch, and hoisted himself up. He mimiced the motion with his left foot, and his body easily found sinc before he came upon his slightly ajar window. He slipped in unnoticed, and smiled. He made it, and with plenty of time too. | |
