Robin turned on her heel at the voice. She was frustrated with herself from not sensing the boy earlier. “Yeah, apparently boys aren’t taught any respect around here,” Robin retorted. She was already angry about that group, she didn’t need another to pick up where they had left off. She narrowed her eyes at the boy, “Don’t try anything, either. I don’t want to get in a fight.” Robin assessed the boy, judging he would be more of a fight than pretty much that whole group together. Robin’s fingers strayed back to her boots as second nature; they always did when she felt threatened. She brushed a couple of pink strands of hair out of her face. “Besides, if it’s a law not to defend yourself, then it’s worth going to jail or whatever,” Hannah said, calmer now, though still a little pissed. | |
