Zay watched her with calm eyes as she fired back at him. From the little he knew about her, he could only expect it. He shrugged as her questions and slight accusations came back to him, and then raised his eyebrows again at her last statement. He did grin again at her first statement, he liked little jests like that, probably from too much Kari, but nonetheless he liked them. He waited for her to be done, and kept his eyebrows up. “Well then, thank you so much for thinking so highly of a page boy who serves Crown Prince Trei’s rooms. I didn’t realize I seemed so great that I could be a guest to his majesty.” Zay tried to make the wording realistic for a servant, but he’d never been one so it was hard, but he still pulled it off without a sweat. “But then again, it does hurt my poor ego to have to admit I’m only a page boy.” He looked back at her with a disbelieving smile and a face that said ‘I can’t believe you thought that’. He copied her movements and put his elbows upon his knees. “I told you a bit of my information, now It’s my turn to get something from you, preferably what you’re doing as a guest of Prince Trei del Sol’s, and since you seem to know him so well, using merely ‘Prince Trei’.” Zayde kept his hands upon his face and elbows at his knees and looked to the princess’ eyes, trying to see the jist of what she was thinking.
